MEET YOUR LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Hello All! I'm Kendra Zoe Parker; an IFBB Professional Athlete and Elite Personal Trainer with certifications in Nutrition, Bodybuilding, Fitness Training and Virtual/Online Training. I have been in the training, education, marketing, and fitness space for a combined 25 years.
In developing the Body X Blueprint course, I knew there was a need to go beyond the traditional personal trainer role. Designing courses that empower women to define their wellness on their terms and from a place of knowledge is a part of my heart's work. I love seeing women take control of the steps and actions that will make them happier and healthier. So whether you begin your journey on your own or with a personal trainer and nutritionist, I think it is vital that you have a thorough understanding of your body, what you need to feed it, and how you need to treat it for long-term, sustainable health and happiness.
As a professional fitness competitor, working with a specialized trainer and having my meal plans written for my goals was a part of the process. Being in "stage shape" meant extraordinary changes took place with my physique. The more my body changed, the more I knew I needed a deeper understanding of exactly how these workouts, the exercise timing and meal selection were affecting my body and said goals.
